Baqai Medical University has awarded H.E the Consul General Nayef Shahein R.M Al-Sulaiti a Doctorate (honorary) in recognition of his role in strengthening Pakistan-Qatar relations. H.E received the doctorate degree from H.E Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh Province, in the presence of a large number of diplomats and prominent figures in the province.
