H. E Murad Ali Shah - Sindh Chief Minister - presented commemorative shields to H. E Consul General Nayef Shahein R.M Al-Sulaiti and representatives of the Ministry of Culture Qatar Mr. Abdullah Salem Al-Kuwari and Mr. Nasser Al-Hammadi for representing the State of Qatar in the World Culture Festival hosted by the Pakistan Arts Council.

Mr. Abdullah Salem Al-Kuwari and Mr. Nasser Al Hammadi (representative of the Ministry of Culture Qatar) presented a panel discussion on the history of Qatari theatre during the World Culture Festival hosted by the Pakistan Arts Council. Among the attendees was His Excellency the Consul General Mr. Nayef Shahein R.M Al-Sulaiti.
